Parents as Teachers and Early Childhood PTA 

ECPTA is the Parent Teacher Association that supports the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program for the Blue Springs School District, Liggett Trail Education Center and all children in our community from birth to kindergarten. We provide parents the opportunity to connect with other parents and educational resources in our community. Come check us out! Join us for an event before deciding to become a member. The cost for an annual family membership is only $15. If you want more information, are interested in joining or would like to volunteer, please email the Early Childhood Parent Teacher Association.
