Dr. Anwander is in his fourth year at Liggett Trail Education Center. He has 19 years in education, all with the Blue Springs School District. Dr. Anwander has been a high school science teacher, Middle School Assistant Principal and Activities Director, and High School Assistant Principal.

Dr. Longwell is in her first year at Liggett Train Education Center. She is entering her 16th year in education and previously served as the Principal at Thomas Ultican Elementary. Dr. Longwell has also taught first grade in the Logan-Rogersville School District, 3rd Grade in the Nixa Public School District, served as a literacy coach in the Camdenton School District, and served as an Elementary and Early Childhood Principal in the Fordland School District.
