Welcome to Blue Springs Parents as Teachers (PAT).
I grew up in Ohio and came to Missouri to attend MU. My husband Dennis and I moved to Blue Springs to start our family, where we raised our three children in the BSSD. I was part of the PAT program as a parent before I became a parent educator.
Education
I became a parent educator over 30 years ago, with certifications in Supporting Families Facing Critical Issues, Supporting Families of Children with Special Needs, Connecting with Teen Families, and Infant Massage.

My name is Mrs. Hannah Walsh and I will be your student's Parent
Educator. This is my first year as a Parent Educator and prior to this I was a Behavioral Tech at Crittenton Children's Hospital. I then worked with the Autism Program for BSSD. I am so excited to get to know you.
Education
I completed by Bachelor's Degree at University of Missouri-Kansas City. My degree is in Psychology with an emphasis on child development. I then continued my education to obtain many certificates in trauma, substance abuse, and autism.
